Our Albany Creek laundromat offers plenty of parking, spacious facilities and large-capacity machines – making it the ideal choice for busy families and big weekly washes.

Located in the heart of the inner city, our Ashgrove laundroat combines modern facilities with a welcoming community feel – perfect for apartment living, students and professionals.

Where is Swift Suds located?
We have two premium locations at Albany Creek & Ashgrove.
The Albany Creek site is located at 720 Albany Creek Rd, behind Portabella’s Restaurant.
The Ashgrove site is located at 17 Stewart Rd, in the Coles complex in-between the Bakehouse and Global Fine Foods Deli.
What are your opening hours?
Albany Creek is open from 6am to 11pm every day, 7 days a week.
Ashgrove is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Do you have onsite parking?
Parking is easy at both sites—plentiful, free parking located directly in front of both laundromats.
Do you have free Wi-Fi?
We offer free Wi-Fi at both locations for customers wanting to connect with family & friends, or to complete their work commitments.
What wash cycles are available on your machines, and what can I wash in them?
At Swift Suds, our washers are designed to handle a wide range of laundry needs with multiple cycle options. You can choose from:
- Normal – Ideal for everyday clothing like t-shirts, jeans, and casual wear.
- Delicates – Perfect for gentle fabrics such as lingerie, silk, or lightly soiled clothing.
- Colours – Designed to protect and brighten your coloured garments.
- Whites – Optimised for white items like shirts, towels, and bed linen to keep them crisp and clean.
- Mix – Great for combining different types of fabrics in a single load.
- Bedding/Heavy – Especially made for washing quilts, sheets, blankets, doonas (duvet's), and bulky items.
Whether you're washing your weekly clothes, delicates, or even a big bedding load, there's a cycle that suits your needs at Swift Suds.
Are your machines coin-operated or card-operated?
We are a fully cashless laundromat. All major cards are accepted at both sites.
What size machines do you have?
At both sites, we offer the following sizes:
Washers: 9kg, 15kg, 20kg & 27kg
Dryers: 14kg & 20kg
Ashgrove: 15kg Pet Wash & Dry Stack
Are both detergent & fabric softener included in every wash?
Yes! We provide FREE detergent and fabric softener with every wash. To keep machines running smoothly, please do not add your own products, as this can create excess suds and cause the machines to overload.
What detergents do you use?
We use premium detergents and softeners from Dominant, a 100% Australian family-owned company renowned for high-performance and environmentally sustainable cleaning products.
Detergent: Blue Lake – a concentrated liquid detergent, specially formulated for hard water conditions and effective in all water temperatures.
Fabric Softener: Ultra Active Sour N’ Soft – a blend of high-quality souring agents, softeners, and optical brighteners that leave laundry fresh, bright, clean, and soft.
Both products are part of Dominant’s Earthcare range.

Can we bring our own detergent?
Yes! As of January 2026, we have the option to select BYO DETERGENT. Toggle across on the machine screen to select this option.
How do I book a laundry pickup?
Simply click on the pink Book Collection button to be guided to calls us on 0422 740779 and we will assist you with booking in your laundry pickup or delivery.

We offer two routes.

NDIS Participants
How do I pay for the service?
Self-Managed & Plan-Managed participants may arrange payment directly by calling our team to create an account on our CleanCloud Laundry booking system.
Swift Suds is a registered NDIS provider. Therefore, an agency managed participant may arrange an invoice to be forwarded to Swift Suds for us to claim through the provider portal.
What’s the turnaround time?
There is a 24-48 hour turnaround time from when your laundry is collected and then returned.
How do I prepare my laundry for collection?
Our friendly team will collect right from your door – just a basket if you are new, or your labelled Aqua Swift Suds Laundry Bag if you are a regular.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. One regular bag of Wash, Dry and NO FOLD for $55.00.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment is made online via our gateway platform to CleanCloud. Our team will support this process on your initial call. Commercial customers may apply for credit account. Please contact us at info@swiftsudslaundromat.com.au
Can I get a regular pickup schedule?
Yes – once your first booking has been made, we can set up a regular schedule in the CleanCloud platform.
Do you service hotels and Airbnb hosts?
We support small boutique hotels & Airbnb clients. An account may also be set up for regular clients.
What industries do you work with?
Hospitality, healthcare, sports teams, salons, childcare centres and more! Please contact us if you have an inquiry.
Do you offer contracts or one-off services?

How much does it cost to use the laundromat?
Our pricing varies depending on the machine size and location. To see the most up-to-date prices, please visit the Albany Creek or Ashgrove pages for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit & debit cards – Visa, Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.
Do you have loyalty or rewards programs?
Our Albany Creek site offers the loyalty program of the Suds Saver Club. Membership application is available instore or online at https://swiftsudslaundromat.com.au/suds-saver-club/
Do you clean and maintain the machines regularly?
Yes, both sites are cleaned and maintained daily, with 24 hour camera monitoring.
Is the laundromat air-conditioned?
Yes – set at a comfortable 22 degrees all year round.
Are pets allowed in the laundromat?
Yes! Friendly pets are welcome at our laundromats. We just ask that they remain on a lead or in a carrier for everyone’s comfort and safety
What happens if I leave my laundry unattended?
To keep machines available for everyone, clothes left in washers or dryers may be removed by another customer once the cycle has finished. We recommend staying nearby and collecting your laundry promptly after each cycle.
What happens if my belongings are lost or stolen?
Swift Suds is a self-service laundromat, and we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items. To keep your laundry safe, please remain with your belongings and promptly remove them from the washer or dryer once the cycle has finished.
What should I do if a machine isn’t working properly?
If you notice a washer or dryer isn’t operating as it should, please stop using it and let us know straight away by calling or texting 0422 740 779. We’ll arrange assistance and ensure the issue is fixed quickly.
Can I bring food or drinks into the laundromat?
Yes, light snacks and drinks are welcome. We just ask that you keep the space tidy and place any rubbish in the bins provided so everyone can enjoy a clean environment.
